New Way Moving - Miami, FL Heavy Damage To My Mercedes-Benz - Total Jerks About It - Big Ripoff Company Miami Florida
Worst Company in the World. When they set me up with a carrier they assigned one of the worst carriers in the business. I checked the carrier company name. I posted many reviews about them too. However, New Way Moving Services is responsible for checking out the carrier before they assign the company to pick up my car. They obviously never check the carriers reviews or on time track record let alone their history for damaging vehicles. I write this review as a warning to all considering using this company: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is run by a bunch of young kids that have no idea how to run a company. They have no professionalism what-so-ever.
Why did I go with them? They said they already had a truck lined up for me.
Like they say - IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS.
As soon as they received my request for pricing they announced to the world they had my order (the did not have my order). I found out later this is a huge scam in the industry. A bad broker will post your load without authorization and then give you the first idiot carrier that responds to their request because they want to beat every other company to the punch. This is exactly what this jerky company did and I fell for it.
Not only was my car damaged but they lied to the carrier. The carrier demanded more money upon delivery. The broker never did a contract between the two companies (broker and carrier). Huge scam.
Never trust a company that calls you up and says: "I have a truck already lined up for you". They are not looking out for your best interest. Most brokers create an auction and negotiate the best price for you. This company never takes that step. Total ripoff. They are out of Miami where I found out later most of the F Rated Companies originate from there. Be careful.
They have a C Rating with the BBB too. I should have checked and gone with an A Rated company. My mistake. They have over 20 complaints just in the last 12 months. Losers!
Rachel Levy - General Manager. You think you know how to run a company? You should lose your operating authority with all the complaints you have against you. Look at the reasons why you have these complaints. Your a a con-artist. You should be ashamed of yourself.
