On Dec. 17, 2007 I purchased online a copy of NTI's DriveBackup. I used the upgrade option for $29.95 and downloaded. I tried to install and received a error message stating I did not have the previous version of DriveBackup and I could not install. I do have NTI Backup Now which I thought was part of a suite. I have tried to contact 3 times at every phone number and every email to resolve this with no response. I sent again this morning for the fourth time. I am willing to pay the difference between the upgrade and the full version but I need to know how they want to handle this payment so I can get in and download. My family had a terrible Christmas due to contract loss and losing job on Dec. 28th. I nor my family need this stolen from us right now; even if it is only $30.00but it looks like it is gone!

Following is copy of an order I placed for Drive Backup 4 on 12/18/07. I am a user of Backup Now and CD/DVD and overlooked the fact that the upgrade was for the specific software rather than a previous user of your products. The download of course is unusable.
How can we resolve this? If I have to buy the full version I will but I would prefer a refund to my card if possible. Paragon has much better software for the cost.
Please let me know what my options are.
