Krystal is well known for the timeshare scam. They offer an annuity program where clients are promised to get their full investment back after 25 years if they pay an extra 5-7% of the purchase price to Lloydshare, the third party company that organizes the annuity. The salesperson makes claims that they are the same company as Lloyds of London Insurance.

Have you accomplished to get your deposit back? I purchased a Royal Elite timeshare last year and I'm having exactly the same problem, I was trying to get a final resolution working on my own, but I think it's time to file a complaint with PROFECO (The Mexico's Consumer Protection Agency) maybe you should do the same thing

May I ask how did you manage to cancel your account from Krystal Cancun?? I can't believe that I fell into their dishonest sales tactics too. They say one thing but the contract is something else!! PROFECO should be able to protect people that visits Mexico to people like Michael Alvarez who will lie to the teeth just to get the sales commission!! He is unscrupulous, dishonest and a liar!!

This is A Liu, I made this complaint against Krystal and I made a BlogSpot. If you were scammed by Krystal, I invite anyone who wants to share information about Krystal, and this way we will warn all the American citizens to stay away from these SCAMMERS. www.nhkrystalfraud.com
