Purchased several items from online business Nina Cloak. I did check their Return/Exchange policy, which indicated within a set period of time you were able to return. However, upon receiving items and needing to return. I tried emailing and calling with no call back, and emails were tricked and unable to send. Spent hours on getting a resolution to this problem. The public needs to be aware of this rip-off site.
