Niva Solutions PVT LTD, NIVA SOLUTIONS TECHNICAL SUPPORT Tried to scam me for $750, by stating fake commitments, and also provided me fake information about computer security Oceanside Internet
Hello,
Received call on Friday, November 22 at 2:30 - 3:00 pm. He said that we had gotten into our system from New Jersey, Philaphia and upstate New York. He went into my daughers machine and said that there their many operations working on her machine and told about Trojans . App trailers and facebook, emails were compromised. They told me that the whole computer is compromised, they told me that i need to upgrade my computer. So He adviced me to get it upgraded and get security and stuff on this computer and also told me that I should have a level 10 security on my computer, I don't know what a level 10 security means. Then they asked me to pay $750, which I agreed to, and they took all the credit card information from me.
$200.00 to upgrade computer and the rest was for the security. They took all my credit card information. My credit card company did not release the funds and put a hold on my credit card. I contacted my credit card company on 11/26/13 and they will be issuing me a new credit card with a new number.
I received the following message form the credit card company:
Credit Card Company Text the following message: Mgs : USSA ALERT: Please verify Credit Card Charges for your card ending in 0504: Date: 23 Nov, Amt: $747.**, Where: NIVA SOLUTIONS PVT LTD IN INDIA. ARE ANY OF THESE TRANSACTION FRAUD? DATE NOVEMBER 23, 10:57AM
Also they have given me a Toll Free Number to callback if needed any further. Which was 1-800-532-4390, When I tried to call them back the guy told me that he was leaving in next 5 minutes, and when i tried to call them again the phone was never answered, that wasn't a legitmate service as they promised a 24X7 service, and they never pick up calls. Also he was supposed to call me back, which he never did.

We never call for any interenet problem or any issue, we have a Incoming call facility center where people give calls for their issue or products that we sell , and as already mentioned by you the money was never taken out from your account so and bank did gave you the details of tried amount which was exactly the same we never tried to overcharge you or charge you without authporization , and we have the call recordings to support this fact.
we received call from you on 23/11/2013 and this blog is reported on 26/11/2013 and we called you two times in between the call was not answered , we have details of this as well.
So we request you not write any thing which is not true and if we didn't even charged you how can you say we ripped you off.
