First off ur blaming the dealer for the condition of the tires that you can physically see when you selected the vehicle to purchase and bad tires are pretty evident upon looking at them and driving the car as well. The exterior and interior are the easy parts of a car to inspect to diffrentiate a car worth buying and and one that should stay on the lot or have something fixed before buying. But the engine, transmission and electrical systems are what a person can easily be duped on, when a dealer says it is in perfect working order and then just after guarantees and warrantees expire they all seemingly have perfect timing and fail.
***But what I can't figure out is why would you say you did not buy good tires because you are not rich but in the very immediate next line you say you spent !!!***$$$500.00 (FIVE HUNDRRREEEDDD DOLLARS) on a stereo.!!!*** Tires are as you put it a safety item which could potentially keep you from killing someone in a close call, crash or accident. The radio is not worth your life or someone elses. Next time make the right decision on what is more important and worth the money and safety and your life as well as the life of others. Not to sound like I'm siding with the dealer but, come on, really.
Anyway that dealership has since closed down since that date of this incident and report and I think it's safe to say it is due to the fact that it was not a reputable dealer. I do not know if they relocated or if the owners moved and reopened elsewhere under a new identity but if anyone can find that out, or knows if this is the case then do not but a car from these people.

Like most stories there is always more than one side. The first correction would be the amount paid by thye consumer. Eight thousand and twenty dollars, not Twelve thousand. The vehicle did have and oil change and was filled to the appropriate level. The tires all passed State inspection standards as did the entire vehicle. The consumer chose the warranty with a deductable of $100 dollars as the cost was less. The consumer stated the Reputable dealer stated value at over $nine thousand but she only paid $8020 dollars. This dealership knows the value of customer satisfaction and has one of the highest scores in the Northeast region. Not only did the dealership offer many attempts to satisfy the consumer the total profit on the vehicle was less than $514. dollars. We are always willing to work with consumers but honesty is a two way street.
