Getting anything in writing means nothing to these people, once they have your money they care nothing about you or any promise (gimmick) afterward. I like so many others have no other choice in order to have a car than to deal with these snakes..I put every cent I had, down, on a "safer" vehicle $1100, then still have a $400/mo payment, but only after I said I wouldn't buy it unless they put new front tires on because they were almost bald....was told "absolutely" we'll even put it in writing so you know your covered..meanwhile...in less than 6 months, the transmission goes out...a week at the shop, but I had no way to get to work..called them hoping I could just rent one of there many junkers to get by and am told..no..can't do that but they'll sell me one for $600..,! What!? Does that even make sense?? Wanted to reach through the phone and show this idiot my appreciation for his time and consideration but to his relief the phone protected his sorry a**..But..still no word on the tires...that was 4 months after the sale...one month later I get an email from some office girl wanting my number because they can't find it, so I email back my number and my husbands number....*waiting*...8 months after the sale.. I decide to call and see whats up with the tires..am told by Mr. Lawes.."I thought that was taken care of a long time ago"... OK...how hard is it to call your customer to ask that question? That was the second time I was given that excuse in the 8 months of waiting and still can't think of a single legitimate salesman who would think that's an acceptable answer to give your customer at any time... Another 6 months goes by...winter is here...tires are now a safety issue and decide to call again..only now I'm told that the agreement wouldn't be held up because they couldn't reach me.... At no time did they try to call or send me an email that I just failed to return because they never attempted either..... They all seem nice, caring, attentive sales people until the papers signed and their paid...we all have to do whatever needed to survive... Just prepare yourself to take it in the a** over and over with these guys..reminded me why never again will I buy from these junk yards again...Stay away if you value the money you work hard for.. There are better companies in town..
