Scammed by www.nowdownloadall.com , www.unrestrictedownloads.com , www.mymp3down.com , all under the same scam operation, they all lead to the same billing source. They advertise as a $1.99 7 day trial with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee, but when you try contacting them to cancel and request your refund, you'll get no replies from them. And guess what, instead of getting charged $1.99, I got charged $38.90. Searching Google I found out that many others have got scammed by them as well. My question here is why does reputable companies like VISA, in my case, and Mastercard etc..., allow their services to be used as tools for fraud and scams. I have writen to visa on this, look out for a further update on this my blog at: (((link redacted)))

Hi to everyone that has read this report. I was starting to panic after reading these reports as I too had just bought something from unrestricted downloads.com. So I looked around the site and found that there was a telephone number to ring from the UK. I had to hold on for a while but when I eventually spoke with someone, they were extremely helpful and refunded my money with no problem. If you read the web page it does say that you have a 7 day trial of the product and if you like it then you are charged 38.90 - one time payment and that allows you to download whatever you like for as long as you like. You also have access to technial support whenever you need it.
I always say speak as you find, and I found them to be very helpful and courteous.
Hope this helps.
