GOOD NEWS--- I follwed the advice by another posted complaint. When you call the 800 # -- sy nothing and eventually it will kick over to a real customer service rep. Be patient. I was able to cancel and RANDY ( the CS REP ) said that I would receive credit in 1-2 billing cycles. We'll see but at least it is a start. Thanks for this website! Somewhere in the Frozen Tundra of Wisconsin.
