I took car in for new tires. NTB running tire special; buy 2 get 2. Tires cost over $400.00, which I didn't think was a buy 2 get 2 deal. I could find decent tires for $100 each. I was told I needed car repairs (wheeling alignment, tie rod on right side and part in rear tire) which cost another $500+, but I was okay with getting repairs because I wanted car fixed correctly. After I picked up car, I discovered drivers window was broken; couldn't raise up or down. The window was fine when I took the car to NTB. When I picked the car up, I noticed that there were finger prints and dirt all over the window, as if the mechanic was trying to get the window up/down. When I picked car up there was no discussion of a problem with the window. When I discovered window was a problem that night, I called and arranged to take the car back, so NTB could look at the window. I took the car back 2 days later and mechanic confirmed there was a problem with window and said it would cost $333.00 to fix. It just doesn't seem fair that I have to spend another $333.00 after spending over $900.00 there for previous work done, especially because there was nothing wrong with car window prior to taking to NTB for service. Be careful or cautious of other damages when getting your car serviced at this location. Michelle
