We took our 2012 Jeep wrangler to them to replace the tires , and alignment . When we went to pick up the vehicle they told us that they coundn't perform an alignment because it needed ball joints . I fortunately know enough about cars to know when they have a ball joint problem. We paid for the tires and left.
I took it to a Mechanic that I trust and they told me that they like to make money just like the next guy, but I'm not going to rip you off. Our Jeep didn't need ball joints . My Mechanic didn't charge me for the diagnosis.
