Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
First off I am the fool to have given them my credit card and not read the fine print. But with a 60 minutes video playing and a Barbara Walter's supposed endorsement I figured it must be on the up and up. (see http://www.rezv2000.com/)

So here are the facts laid out:

1) They say "Just pay $3.95 for shipping" - they charged my CC $4.95. Supposedly I checked a box to have it insured for $1. I absolutely do not recall doing this, although it doesn't mean I did not. It was probably hidden.

2) It took over a week to receive the "free" product. Ordered Feb 25th received it on March 3rd

3) Their website says "RezV in the Media" with a bunch of articles. Stupid me didn't read the the articles. It is nothing about RezV, but about resveratrol!

4) I now notice that they clearly state on their website a little disclaimer that you will be charged if you do not cancel. I think this may have been recently added as I did not see it when I ordered. Or I ordered it through a different website because if I had seen "supplies are limited" with a clock counting down I surely would've steered clear of the site.

5) The bottle they send you as a free sample is different than the bottle that is sent for $87.

First bottle has (100mg Acai, 50 mg Resveratrol, 25mg Pomegranate juice). Second bottle (250mg Pomegranate juice, 150mg Resveratrol, 50mg Acai). So the one they send you for "Free" is not the product they are selling.

6) They say you have a full 14 days to decide at no risk. This is exactly what was sent o the email I received: "...during this special offer you have a FREE 14 day trial... so, you have nothing to lose, and the most important thing in the world to gain... your good health and longevity. "

I remember reading this in big bold letters. However if you read the terms and conditions it does clearly state that the 14 days includes shipping time. That is really bogus as what they are really giving you is about 7 days from the time you get it, but advertise it as 14 days. This is the most misleading information and the one that I blew. I should've read the fine print, however the practice of them putting in bold that you have 14 days is most certainly misleading at best.

I called after receiving my first 30 day supply bottle and canceled without a problem. I sent it back minus $9.95 for shipping. When I called to cancel the person I spoke with said they have a special of 30% off, then oh here is a special for 40% off, then "look what popped up on my screen, here we can give it to you for 50% off". Then they offered to just credit my account $40 and I keep the product. No thanks I'll send it back still.

So the fraud here is their very misleading 14 day trial period. It doesn't exist. Period. It isn't really fraud because they spell it out in the terms and conditions if you read it carefully, but they keep blasting the "14 day trial period" in your face that you misread the terms and conditions. They know marketing and the human psyche and they use it to their advantage to leverage the brain's weakness.

Secondly they give a different product in the trial period vs the 30 day supply.Overall these sort of sites that prey on people need to be regulated. I was a fool for signing up, but it came from what I thought was a reliable newsletter. This was probably an affiliate site that gets some sort of kickback.

This company needs to be forced to change its advertising practices.
