When I first ordered the Nuvega Lash, there was a mistake and two were sent.  Thinking I was only paying 5 dollars for shipping and these were "free" trials, I didn't think it was a big deal to have two instead.  I had not realized I would be charged later, at 100 bucks a piece for each one.  Once I realized there was a recurring charge of 100 dollars on my credit card for May, June and now July, I called the company to see if I could find out where these extra charges were coming from.  I found their number on my credit card statement.  When I called, they claimed they could not find me in their system despite using mutliple identifying pieces of information including my name, phone number, mailing address and some numbers from my credit card that they used to make charges to!  I find this extremely deceptive considering their site claims that all you have to do is call their customer service if there are any issues at all.  How convenient that they cannot even find me in their system, or so they claim.  I ended up having to call my credit card company to file a dispute.  I understand that their deceptive fine print tells you that you will be charged full price for the product after 30 days, but no where does it say anything about paying an additioanl 100 dollars for product they will never send you!  What about that third charge for 100 bucks?  What product am I paying for?  I have recieved nothing for that!  It went from deceptive advertising to straight up FRAUD in the end!  If you made the mistake of ordering this worthless product, cancel your card now and get a new one or they will continue to charge you for product you will never receive.
