Bottom line is while I was in this site I checked lot of those late night informercials and checked in here for what kind of legit or scams they're pulling and it seems 100% of them are scams.. I think wholesale business can be legit but there are others who wants the easy cash and run.. Tsk..Tsk..

He won't get his money back unless he files a complaint with the Attorney General, like I did. And if they do offer money back, they will only offer half of it, unless he takes James to court and sues him for the entire amount. (Something I unfortunately didn't have time for.) I don't know how things were back then, but even today I wouldn't trust this company for a minute!

Hey Oscar, I'm a newbie here at Rip Off Report.com who's been reading on this site for 1 year or so.. Anyway I think about back in 2002 I HAD a NWC dealer license..After reading your report I'm not sure how the things are done in NWC anymore but I will say that 5 years ago they did run a legit business.. B/c I ordered 2 Toshiba DVD players at a great price which I helped my friends save some cash on.. So I don't think they're crooks but really really slow now..it seems..I hope you get your money back.. Best of Luck..

James, After yet another person complained about your crappy (non-existant) NWC company, and after 30 days later, you do not follow up on complaints. Your rebuttal regarding Oscar's post is bs! If you didn't have Oscar's info on file like you said you don't, how would you know to send him his pack - 7 MONTHS LATER????? This either proves the disorganization of your company and the people who are stupid enough to work for you, or proves you really are a stupid individual yourself. So James, would you take the time to answer a very simple question... What has Oscar's money paid for?

Oscar, We would very much like to assist you but you have not given any information that we can use to identify you. We have searched our records and cannot locate anyone with the name Oscar in Chicago IL that we currently do business with. We have also gone through our phone log for the past week and do not have anyone by the name Oscar calling or leaving us a voice mail message asking for a return phone call. Are you sure you are calling NWC's phone # and not that of the leasing company? Please provide us with some identifing information and someone from our customer service department will gladly call you back and take care of any issues you may have.

Since James and Suzanne Polino are idiots with no brains in their heads, they wouldn't know how to use the phone ? let alone run a successful and reputable business. I believe they lost their resale rights with JVC, Sony and Panasonic, who put a stop to their involvement with this company's abhorrent business practices. That's why you haven't received anything and why they were never in a hurry to send you your kit to begin with. NWC is no longer registered with the BBB, who gave them an unsatisfactory rating due to major consumer complaints. They used to advertise full-page in magazines like ?Home Business Opportunity?, which you don't see anymore. Put all this together, and what does this STILL tell you about National Wholesale Company (NWC) of Methuen, MA?
