I contacted NWC,after I read their ad in a magazine. They were more than eager to help me get started in my "new,profitable business". I faxed them all the paperwork,and I received my package. After that,I didn't exist to them! Every time I called,I got an answering service (read: answering machine),and I paid 200.00 for a deposit for a crappy website that hasn't received one hit!

I won't even go into how much I paid in advertising! After numerous attempts to reach them,I finally got someone on the line,that tried to sell me "upgrades" on the website. Seems that you don't have access to ALL the name brand merchandise that they claim you will,unless you buy an upgrade. You have access to merchandise with names like "american action". The upgrade is another 500.00 or so dollars. So I'm stuck with a website that I have to pay 100.00 a month for,for the next twelve months! Also,I only had 3 days to pull out of this "contract". Thanks for nothing, NWC. You may not pay for your scam in this life, but you will pay for it. You reap what you sow.

Never let it be said that I will not eat crow when I am mistaken. Shortly after I filed this report,I was informed that NWC filed a rebuttal,letting me know that there are "copycat" companies out there,that rip people off. NWC did not sell me the website directly. I bought one of their dealership packages through an affiliate. I emailed them my information, and they cleared my confusion. Also,they assigned a representative directly from NWC,to help set up my website to my specifications,and give marketing advice. I cannot speak for other people that have used NWC,but I am very pleased with the "actual" company! Hopefully,we will have a very prosperous future together! Kudos to NWC!

We are unable to locate you with the information you have supplied in your complaint so we cannot respond with anything specific but we can tell you a couple of things for sure. First, you appear to be confusing us with another company and we ask that you check your paperwork to see if you signed a lease with NWC or another company who may be an independant agent or affiliate of ours (a very company practice today for most companies is to have affiliates offering their products). Since we do not offer a 12 month, $100 a month lease it cannot be us you have signed the lease with. Also once you are a dealer or account with us you do have access to everything we carry, there are no restrictions or upgrades needed to by all the top brands we offer. Again, this points to you are confusing us with either another company or you are not realizing what you have and that you do have access to everything we sell already. If you could please contact us at support @ profitbig. com we will gladly check into your allegations and do what ever it takes to clarify things for you and assist you in getting your business going (assuming you are signed up with us as a dealer and not mistaking us for one of the many copy cat companies who try to copy NWC Inc Success). We have been and continue to be the leader in the Name Brand Electronics home business market for the last 24 years. Thanks, we look forward to hearing from you and straightening this situation out with you. Once we have had contact with you we will report back to this board the outcome and clarify all the facts.
