I have been a customer of O'Premium Waters since 7-25-03. I have been very unhappy with the cutomer service which I have had since 2 months into my 36 month contract. The first complaint I have is O'Premium discontinued the $3.99 cases of water within the first couple months of signing up. This was the biggest reason we signed up for the service. The only option I had was to buy their $7.99 cases of water - don't think so.
The customer service which I have gotten is rotten. They do not care that you are the customer. They are right - you are not. I would say the deliveries that have been dropped, of a majority have been incorrect to the point of asking for 2 cases of their drinking water ($3.99) and leaving 2 cases of the $7.99 instead. That is not what I asked for so you are stuck either returning the water or paying for it. There delivery person(s) have walked though our yard instead of using the sidewalk /driveway. We called in on 06/16/04 because our handle broke off so we could not get any cold water. It is now 06/21/04 and still have not have a replacement part or a new cooler. We have not had water for 6 days and I am paying 37.99 per month. How do I get out of my contract - they will not allow us to get out of it. This company is the worst when regarding customer service and making the customer happy. Please help!
