Oak Plantion Resort No handicap accessible was that they do Kissimmee Florida
No handicap accessible ask for ,the side walk was broken and bulkie could not get to the they move us to second room that they move us to was dirty and have a musty odour the outlet spark fire out of the outlet in the living room and the kitchen ,the sofa bed have a full size mattress on a gueen size sofabed the linen on the bed was dirty have spoiled on it. Make reservations a week before and when I got there they didn't have my room ready I had to wait 1in half hours for my guest couldn't shower didn't handicap accessible it was very hard for her move around this place is should be able to be open sevice should be close down bugs ,ants peacocks. Scared the vehicle up and they wouldn't let us out the vehicle very scary the building very old and run down I ask for a refund back they say no refund so I going to file a report on this resort, oak plantation resort in Kissimmee Fl bad business
