Found a charge for $17.38 for Operator Assistance Network on my Windstream bill. Called OAN Services. They claim I signed up online for the service. However, I was out of the country on the date they say I signed up and they had incorrect security answers ie Mothers maiden name. Windstream had no idea what the charges were for! They said the will cancel the service and credit my account. We will see.
