Tallahassee,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

"yes, ma'am- we are just the billing AGENT" lol. Sprint somehow has a deal on this (yeah, even upper people don't get it- you'd be amazed how confused their employees are about what they are doing... we only know what we are told to say & do)... I personally think that they get a kickback for putting it on your local bill. Here's what you do: designate NO THIRD PARTY billing. You want a pic freeze on your account. You want a block on ANYTHING that is going to raise your bill. While you are at it- be sure you are marked for no mail solicitation too- just for added fun. CALL sprint and DEMAND that they return those charges to the carrier. Tell them although you've paid it- you REFUSE that charge. They have a form that will do just that. don't buy a darn thing they try to sell you- it's their job- they work on quota's each day. There are sales quotas, call quotas, time quotas for taking said sales & calls, collection quotas... you name it and it has a quota there. If you go to the bathroom- guess what- the company can even tell when you go! lol. PUC- public utilities commission. File a complaint against sprint & mention this to everyone you know- sprint doesn't tell most states about it- 'cept PA b/c their PUC REQUIRES them to. ASK for the number to the PUC- they are required to give it to you too!
