OAN SERVICESOAN SERVICES, INC UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON AT&T BILL Internet
Was billed for unauthorzed services they call "Watchdog ID" on my AT&T bill. I have called Oan and AT&T to have these charges credited to my bill but have not had any corrections done as of today. Evidently, MANY people are being billed for these bogus services. Sad.
