I placed an order for 214.95 and got a reply e-mail that it could not be processed because the address I gave them did not match my debit card. Today when checking my account balance with the bank I find that I'm off 429.90. The bank told me oceanrx debited my account twice for the 214.95. The second debit was scheduled to hit 10/17 so they could stop it. But it looks like I'm out 214.95. Of course I never got the product. I've called but they only have an answering machine and so far they haven't responded to e-mail. Do I have any chance of getting the rest of my money back? If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it.

Dear Chris, I have researched your complaint, and without more info I cannot find the transactions you describe in our order database. We only charge the customer once the order is shipped, and there is no way for us to double charge. I have not seen any comments of this sort on our feedback and am wondering if you ever attempted to contact us. Please respond with Order ID, Name, and Order date and I will research this further. Just place your order ID # below
