Dear Chris, I have researched your complaint, and without more info I cannot find the transactions you describe in our order database. We only charge the customer once the order is shipped, and there is no way for us to double charge. I have not seen any comments of this sort on our feedback and am wondering if you ever attempted to contact us. Please respond with Order ID, Name, and Order date and I will research this further.
