Upon receiving the letter, I telephoned a fellow who identified himself as a Residential Asset Specialist. I disputed the account numbers. There was an OFB# which OCWEN assigns for me to identify my account, and there was a NJNB#, which was in dispute. it was to identify the account number I had when OCWEN bought my mortgage account. The problem is, I have never done business with NJNB. I disputed that fact, because the only banks I had ever done business with, was National State Bank, Constellation Bank, and CoreState Bank. My account number remained the same, because National State Bank merged with the other two. I asked the guy to send me any paperwork that he had to support his claim.

OCWEN never sent me the information. At the time of the letter, they said my balance was $116,088.79. That was in 1996. Today, my balance is about $103,000.00 or less. Thact is, my account should almost be paid off!

I later sent for my payment history using the account number I had with National State bank, Constellation Bank, and CoreState Bank. Althought none of the pay histories bore the name of the banks, OCWEN claimed they belonged to them.

I hired an account to compare my receipts to them. I couldn't beleave that many of my payments were not shown. In fact they claimed that that I was two years in arrears. What bank will let you keep your home when you are that far behind? I have all my receipts from 1977 to present and am ready to join Mr. Hanson in his Class-Action Suit, no sooner than my attorney finishes my affidavit. The problems that I am presenting here is only a tease, compared to the complaints that I have made from 1996 to present.

I am currently trying to get refinanced so I can get out from under this demon from hell. Know what? OCWEN is taking it's time getting my pay-off figures back to my prospective mortgage bank. According to them, it appears that my pay off figure is being inflated, which means that if my loan is approved, my payments will be much higher, because I will have to borrow more money. I am now 62 years old, disabled and retired, because those people was so stressful, I had a stroke. But I am determined that they will pay.

In fact, I am thinking about contacting the U.S. Attorney Generals Office, and sue them for racism and violating my civil rights. I served my country in vietnam, and I don't deserve this from those crooks. By the way, I was ripped off by National State bank also, but that is another story. In fact, OCWEN seem to take over where National State bank left off.
