Angela, By now, I guess you know you are not to pay anything to Moss Codilis, since its illegal behavior has been documented and reported. If I were you I would complain to all known entities, formally, about those letters you get from them. Do not trust OTS when they call you! Ask OTS, IN WRITING, that you want Ocwen to work or notify you IN WRITING, if it's true OTS told Ocwen to work with you. They both, OTS and Ocwen, should write it down for you. Tell OTS that oral communication with Ocwen is fruitless, frustrating, and a waste of time, since they lie all the time. Send copies of your letter to OTS (remember OTS walks and even run many extra miles to protect Ocwen)to FBI, DOJ, HUD, FTA, and all institutions you can think of. Remember you have to document your honesty and Ocwen's crimes. You are to document OTS's hipocresy as well. I am not dealing, personally, with any "suspense account" or "forbearance agreement". I have my list of news people by my side. I wold call them for a big temper tantrum if they try to force me into that. I do not enjoy rebelling against Ocwen. I experience reservations, doubts, and anguish, like everybody else. But...Do we have a choice? Angela, and all of you folks: When will you learn that Ocwen is not to be trusted? Don't you have an overabundance of proof about Ocwen's bad faith? When will you learn that Ocwen's friends, like OTS, will never do anything for you? Don't you have an overabundance of proof about their bad faith? We write to Ocwen because it's proper and for the record. Period. We send copies of that to everybody else outside their "circles" as Robin says. He refers to "circles within circles". Mortgage Servicing Fraud is a little thing against Ocwen, as compared to their bigger crimes: RICO CRIMES. Angela, take heart. Do not dispair. I know there is no easy nor fast consolation in the middle of this Ocwen's nightmare. I don't know your personal saga. I am not a lawyer. I am a victim, just as you are, and too often I sound a little bit "abrasive". I hope you can keep yourself hanging in there. Keep your faith, no matter what. Ocwen takes our homes and families away. Let's not let them take our faith away.

That $95.00 letter fee was suspended about six weeks ago when it became public knowledge that Moss Codilis was counterfeit. I am sure they have made a dukes ransom with these illegal fees to date. A group of lawyers owned a collection agency and masqueraded it as a law firm. Collection agencies cannot, by law, collect legal fees. They wrote these letters for Ocwen, many of them were written right in Ocwens Headquarters. What law firm would NOT have its own office to work from? A bogus law firm! More lies from Ocwen Felony Stealing Bank! Read this report: http://www.ripoffreport.com/report70884.htm File your complaints as per the instructions in the report. You can write letters, too! Smile while you do it; getting the various bar associations involved will shine that much more light on the whole bunch. Ocwen and their cohorts have, to date, been much like a slippery greased pig. Just when we think we have them, they ooze from the grasp of the law once again. But underneath that oily exterior, Ocwen/Moss/Litton are still just a pig. The smell increases daily and time will tell how bad the stink will get. When the smell gets thick enough in Hartford, even the judge will have to wake up and acknowledge it. Go after them; now it is your turn!

Marlene, Maybe you can answer a few of my questions. You seem to have knowledge on "suspense accounts" and "bogus attorney fees". All I know is my money is sitting in that account. The $95.00 attorney fees I have been charged it outrageous. Do you know if I can ask for a credit. Was it illegle then or now that they have been caught. Ocwen did tell me they no longer charge the $95.00. I have reported Ocwen to everyone I possible could. No one on that end seems to care; OTS, Attorney General of Louisiana etc. I received a letter from OTS stating they were investigating. Two months later I called back and it was just sitting on someones desk. I did get to speaks with someone but never heard back, another two months have went by. They did have Ocwen call me which this person has done the most to try and help me. I was able to get $5,000.00 dollars back in Sheriff fees they were trying to hit me with on a foreclosure that never went through. I too was never notified in writing about the foreclosure. I found out by the newspaper and a sheriff at my door. They send so many cerified bogus letters from MOSS CODILIS I got tired of taking time off of my job to go pick them up.
