Anyone have a foreclosure and have the same problems as I in the above posts? I was wondering if I'm the only person with a foreclosed house that have Ocwen showing as the owner, and to send the taxes to the person that had the house foreclosed on? I don't know if Ocwen did this or the City of Phila. What I do know is that the computer was corrected and in less then a month it was changed back. This is more Revenge from the City of Phila. Two other city departments are causing trouble for me at this time. Not only did I lose my house, the city is trying to take my daughter. I had trouble with a city court worker in the past. A educated guess, is it Ocwen or the City of Phila to blame for the above. Note the house has squaters living there. Mail is going there due to the fact the City has my husband as a landlord living there. Would Ocwen's lawyer in Phila have this kind of pull? If there is a rent, then Ocwen is collecting it from a unknown broker.

A few weeks ago I received a computer print out from BRT showing owner Ocwen and BRT account Ocwen Federal Bank West Palm Beach FL. I check with the BRT (property taxes) and the computer was showing no taxes past due, and correct owner Ocwen. Today I checked back and this is what the BRT states again in ERROR! This is Proof that someone is changing the computer of the BRT City of Philadelphia Property Taxes! These balances are effective through the end of this month. *If Lien Sale Account is "Y", then see below. We are having more legal problems then just the City of Philadelphia Property Tax, Forclosure and Judgment against us from Ocwen. Ocwen stated in 1999 that they had too much information on us and held Fake/Bogus City of Phila Judgments against us! This was removed via Trans Union. IRS also received Fake/Bogus tax documents from City of Phila. This matter should have been investigated via IRS, FBI and the Justice Dept. It has been over looked. But maybe the media is looking into this matter? It is a clear case of ID theft and Fraud from Ocwen and the City. The deed shows Ocwen as the owner. L&I computer shows abatement with owner (2003). Property is a rental, and a broker (unknown) is sending Ocwen the rent money. ' No record of Major settlement damage or possible squatters in property. Ocwen has our SS number and they show up on credit report. Bogus mortgage amounts from Bogus mortgage co. has been investigated by credit corps. When I fax proof to City of Phila and ask that they correct the error on their computer system, they retaliate and take revenge by slapping a lien against my husband! Why cant the Justice Dept and the FBI look into this matter?

I'm not a lawyer, but this seems to be an entirely self-correcting error by the city. Let the city condemn and sieze the property for the unpaid back taxes, and Octwen will be stuck trying to have their name put on the deed instead of yours. I don't see just how Octwen can win this, either they have to correct the city's error, (Which will cost them plenty) or they lose their property (Which will cost them plenty) Just for fun see a property lawyer about the city's filing a "Frivilous Lawsuit" (Magic phrase)against you for the unowed property tax. (It's no longer your property) Who knows, maybe by paying the back taxes you can recover your own property just for the tax bill (If you still want it)and Octwen will be in the same position that they put so many others, out in the cold with no legal title to the property. This whole situation sounds like a golden opportunity for you to screw Octwen back. Get a lawyer quickly.

If anyone has the same problems as I do please advise ASAP Below is another fax to the City of Phila Property Tax. Wonder what Bogus Tax information this City sent to the state of Pa and the IRS! Philly is just like Ocwen and their lawyers! I have mailed Proof of ownership and faxed BRT via hallwatch. BRT did not correct the error's of property taxes and instead of billing the true owner Ocwen Federal Bank West Palm Beach Fl. BRT has bill my husband for taxes on our foreclosed house (6-1-2000) Below is the recorded "Unserved" Judgment. Property to date has squatters living in house, broken out windows, major settlement damage of piers retainer wall and major cracks in foundation. L&I issued a "Unsafe" report 11-99 that was deleted from city computer by my old neighbor and then court worker! House shows a illegal rental with Ocwen through a broker collecting a large rent on unrepaired settlement damaged house. House needs to be sealed by DA office! Tax records from the city (2000) are Bogus and Fraud! And show a inflated fair market value of $20,000. This has been reported to the IRS and is being investigated for tax fraud. Phila can't even copy the same fair market value on a 1099A, they had to inflate it $20,000. I want Ocwen to know the people you rented out the below property to broke out all the windows on the second floor, or are they squatters? The below forclosure along with the $43,500.00 Judgment is something Ocwen is in denial of!
