Ocwen has been trying for the three years that they have had my mortgage to ruin us and send my family including my three small children out into the street. I stumbled onto this site by trying to find out just how much I owe so that I could get away from them.

Ocwen was unwilling to give the information to me, to the company that was willing to take on a risky loan, or to an attorney that I had spoke with.

Ocwen stopped taking my payment over the phone and would send back any paymnet that I made to them through the mail and now I am stuck in a big hole. They wont take my payment nor will they let me take my loan to anyone else.

My porblems with them started by them holding my payments for nearly a whole month before they would post to my account even if they say they post the day they are received. After I figured out their little game of late payment fee, I started sending my payment through the USPS with tracking info so I could see exactly what day they received my payment versus what day it would post.

Soon after I contronted them on this matter, I started having attorney fees, collection costs, title searches, property inspection fees, property valuation fees and foreclosure costs added to my monthly bill. This added about $1500 every month to what I owed to Ocwen. At that time, they would still accept my "partial payment" which was my actual payment amount.

A little over two years ago I started receiving daily calls or multiple calls from Ocwen about my payment. About one year ago, they stopped accepting any payment at all from me. They started a forecloser proceedings on me and when I wrote to them that my attorney was looking into my contract with them, the proceedings seemed to disappear.

In the last month, the calls and visits by strangers contracted by Ocwen to do foreclosure items started again. What is a family to do?

We to have been victimized by these wolves. Also being a former W.F. resident I know you do not have the availability for information as what to do. READ this website and get as much information as you can about Ocwen. FILE a sworn affidavit with the Federal Trade Commission and read further on this site about the class action law suit that is going on. There is a Mr Hansen that is handeling the claim. ( THANK YOU MR HANSEN & TEAM )Also do whatever you can to refinance your mortgage. It may cost you but it will be better than dealing with these money hungry vultures who are out to destroy the american dream of home ownership. Another thing you can do for yourself is get ahold of Franklin/Williamson Services there on main street (you know what i am talking about ) they can help you out immensly in helping you maintain your sanity while going through this horrible thing. At little or no cost to you! Make ALL mortgage payments through Western Union and KEEP ALL of your Ocwen information together. Every little thing including the envelopes they send their mail in. Get first & last names, company names etc of ANYONE you deal with. This site will help you with any and pretty much all information you may need. Good Luck with you and may GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!!!! Because VENGENCE IS MINE SAYITH THE LORD!!! ANDHE WILL GET THEM IN THE LONG RUN!
