OCWEN ripoff There is a God class action suit! count me in! the business that doesn't give a dam West Palm Beach Florida
Our experiences are not as bad as some, but bad enough to cause countless sleepless nights, being put on anti depressant medication, causing arguments and , Oh, the list is edless.
Since Metwest sold our acct to Ocwen we've had NOTHING but problems.
Paying our mort. payments, thinking everything is okay. then getting a foreclosure notice, sending them endless PROOF of payments, and PROOF of them cashing the cks. Just to find out THEY applied the money to the wrong area (put it in escrow).
this has happened twice. Trying to proove we have Ins. faxining proof in, knowing they recieve it only to say they have "no record"
Charging late fees for not applying the payment on time.( we send our payment out at least 10 days early)
Usually getting statements on the day thier due or later, we usually send it out with or without a statement and pray someone there has brains enough to read the acct.# on the ck.
Not applying your payments on time so they can add 'late charges" a classic trick they love to play.
Requesting a closeout statement with the knowledge we will be charged for this. and being chared 2 times for it.

Please help me get involved in a class action suit as well, we have lost our home but I do have documentation of our payments, arrangements, etc. that were there, then weren't, etc. We definitely want to be involved in a class action suit against this fraudulent predatory company.
