Offerpal Media Inc. Did not honor reward points of Directv Commitment Internet
I signed up to Directv using the Myspace game Metropolis, I signed up, had installed and agreed to a two year commitment. In exchange for my commitment I was 1063 points for the metropolis game. I signed up in Sept and
Ticket#2009091210061049
given to me as reciept. This ticket disappeared for pending customer service on pending items. I provided copy of the confirmation email, the actual directv bill and offered to take a pictue of the installed equipment. I have tried for almost two months now and am getting completly ignored. Two years is a long time @ $80+ a month.
