Omax65 said i won watch for $5.99 shipping for an online survey, now tey charged me $95 for the watch... Burbnk, CA Internet/ Burba

This company is scam, lets you win a watch after an online survey and says all you have to py is $5.99 for shipping. Now they are charging me $95 for a watch I will never wear. They said I had 14 days to return it yet no paperwork explaining that came with the watch....... This company is a scam....
