Omega 2000 Group George Sararu OMEGA 514 THANKLESS WATER NONHEATER Hemet California
I purchased the omega 514 tankless water heater and installed the unit. It leaked from the heat exchanger within 5 minutes. I opened the unit up to discover a poorly manufactured dangerous appliance.
I contacted George who lied and refused to follow through with promises of issuing a refund.
This is a sham company operated out of a storage locker and small rental office in Hemet Ca.
I replaced this toy with a Bosch unit and got rid of ripoff george and his lies.
I donated the smoldering pile to a community college to show students how not to manufacture appliances.

Another mindless tirade from George the thief. Check his reputation with the Los Angeles BBB. A solid F rating! You issue worthless lifetime warranties, issue bogus return authorization numbers and misrepresent your inferior Chinese made trash as made in the US. I am not Ron but I do share his bad experience with you. You are a con artist! Olympia and Vasile should have thrown you off the Roma Gypsy wagon at birth! The tone of your poorly written tirade responses give everyone a view into you inner imbecile. I strongly urge you to settle your books. I have contacted the California Attorney Generals office and have forwarded all of my correspondences with you and others to them for possible criminal activity. The title CEO is impressive, the CEO of a rented garage next to your moms house! People you dont have to believe me Google this man and find out for yourself!

1. The was no unit shipped back, therefore was no repair. If unit is damaged on shipment or ...(no, no, no. Unit was not, could not be damaged by the owner/installer!) then shipment insurance suppose to cover it. But way we should spend the time to file a insurance claim when we could spend ed better by writing a review on a website wich accept, thrive even in my vomit ?? 2. No business will give your money back just because you say so. No unit, no proof of claim, no contact, no RMA, no......anything ! 3. Perfect example of what is wrong with USA: You can even get a tax break on a "smoldering pile " just dump it on a nonprofit! That is on the top of the $300.00 tax credit you get when you purchase the "smoldering pile" 4. Are you sure your name is not RON STEVENS from 154 Rahlene dr, Southington, Connecticut, ?????
