I received a letter on February 8 2003 from these crooks.
I was advised, in strange semi-legalistic language, that I was a Nominated Candidate entitled to 6,425, subject to prior payment by me of a 10 registration Fee. The letter was "authenticated" by John Winstead, Hall of Judges, and signed by the Nominated Elector, Mary Kelly, under her "Appointed Seal".
I recognised it as a scam immediately. After all, what had I done that would warrant someone I do not know paying me this money? It was too good to be true, and I have always worked on the principle that anything which is too good to be true generally is just that. Perhaps it is my 30 years experience as a Bank lender which has made me so skeptical.
Out of curiosity I checked out the name on the internet and found your informative website. Please continue to carry out your good work.
