     I signed up for the free trial in hopes that this product was just what I was looking for. I used it as directed and had little to no results, well except for the Natural Cleanse which gave me such bad diarrhea that I couldnt be too far from a toilet within 2 hours of taking it (guess that is the intended result??). I had to start taking only 1 tablet every 2-3 days (instead of 2 daily) because of work, I can't be in the bathroom that much.  

      I have been charged monthly for the Garcinia Cambogia and Natural Cleanse. The Garcinia Cambogia I have receieved for the most part except for maybe one or two shipments. But the Natural Cleanse I only received ONCE but have been charged for the last 7 months. And all that comes with the product is a flyer telling you that you can call to receive support and help with your weight loss yet the man I spoke to said that there was paperwork stating if I don't receieve the product I am responsible to call them and let them know so they can take care of it. So now I am essentially out almost $400 for a product I NEVER received but they show was. I was told maybe someone took it from my door step. Really??? EVERY month?? Oh wait did I mention I have ALL my mail sent to a PO Box???? Which they verified my address when I called so the man I spoke to knew that was my address yet he was IGNORANT enough to ask me that.

      I was told I can't get a refund so I am out all that money. I cancelled my order but they push you to keep it by offering discount after discount until they got down to 75% off. What the hell???? I said cancel it not offer me a better deal.

      So unless you like just giving away your hard earned money for a product that doesn't live up to its promise, and for product you wont receive then be my guest. As for me?? NEVER again. Should have looked up this company here like I usually do before doing business with them. I concider this an EXPENSIVE lesson learned. Hopefully they canceled it like I requested I don't want to call them again and try to get my money back, I already know they won't do it.

There are Terms and Conditions to every type of trial anywhere IE: Netflix, Hulu, Free Credit Report.com as with any trial you pay a small fee in this case $4.95 for shipping and handling for a TRIAL a free period of time to test and or try a service or a product before you are responsible to make a purchase. Whether you sign up for the trial on your tablet, smart phone and or computer to the left of the "RUSH MY ORDER" there is an entire paragraph stating how the trial works and what is expected by you the consumer when agreeing and authorizing the trial. We do apologize if this information was missed, overlooked, and or not read however I do assure you that the information is there. We are not a scam and we are not out to get people or their money. Our customer service center is here to help those who have not read the information before entering in their personal information and payment information, assist with any questions or concerns in regards to the products whether it be shipping issues dosage instructions etc. If you are buying the product out right and not doing the trial period that we offer there is a 60 day money back and that information is in the Terms and Conditions. It is only when signing up for the FREE TRIAL that you have a limited time to call to ask questions, cancel or make any changes. ey back In regards to any issues with the trial if you have not been satisfied please give us a call and we would be happy to assist you We do ship out our products USPS so if ever there is an issue if we are able to track it and it shows delivered the next step would be to contact your local Post Office and we can re-ship the products to you.
