Both Orangewood RV and Keystone Manufactor settled with us with an undisclosed amount of $$$$$$$$. Thank goodness this chapter is behind us! I don't think we will be buying anymore RV's here.

I started a peaceful protest against Keystone and Orangewood RV this past week by holding a banner near the business at the street corner. Yesterday the owner, Mark Treacy, saw me out there and came up to me and verbally assualted and then tried to intimidate me into physical contact. He stated and I qoute "if you can kick my a@* then I will not only buy back your RV but will pay you double" I refused his offer and continued my peaceful demostration of holding my banner. Mark then decided to try and break my banner by grabbing a hold of it and tryed to push it down to the ground. I then told him that I would call the cops because he was trying to destroy my personal property. He then left the street corner only to have two of his emlpoye's come out with a large piece of fence to stand in front of my banner to block the view from others to read. I did call the police to document his behavor and to keep peace while out there.
While in Mark's precense I made a reference to the phone call that Mark and I had while on speaker phone in front of others where he stated "that I may have a LEMON" and would we consider making a trade". Yesterday Mark denied ever making this comment. My wife and I after that phone call even went to Orangewood RV on the next day to look at the possiblity of finding a different unit. We found one but it too was made by Keystone and we asked if the items wrong with the unit would get repaired or would this be just like I already have. We never got a response from Orangewood or Mark the owner.
Mark informed me yesterday that the RV we bought only came with 2 ladders and because I cried and kicked like a baby I got the ladder that would safely access the loft bed. When I called Keystone they informed us that our unit was one of ten that got sent out without the correct safety rail and loft ladder and they would be shipping it out rightway. SO whst'd going on? On June 4th when we went to picked up the unit and found that the blind had fallen out of the window and the slide still not fixed I asked to speak with Mark. I was told by Doug the service employee that Mark would be calling me back within the hour. So my wife and I waited there for almost 2 hours and we never did recieve that call. I came back to Orangewood a coulpe of days later and asked to speak with Mark and Josh the service manager and Doug told me he wasn't there and I would need to talk with them. It wasn't until two more days thatl Mark called me back.
I will keep holding my banner and peacefully protesting these companies till the RV is taken back and then this nightmare and our health can return.
