Complaint Review: Oregon Supreme Court - Salem Oregon

currently have requested from 50 different Oregon State Bar Association Attorneys, Modest Means Attorneys, As well as Private Firm attorneys and legal aide in the counties surrounding Polk, Salem, Portland and Eugene Oregon for fair representation. I'm currently awaiting on 50 denial letters to come through the mail, individually from all these attorneys. I have called asking for services however I have been told by every single "Oregon State Official or Attorneys"( about 200 individuals I have interviewd my situation to in a 7 year case time period in tota)l, Im told the same statement "I'm Sorry there is nothing I can do for you"From Govenor Kitzabers uneducated, unprofessional, s****.>

A non biological man named Bradly Kuenzi went down to the courthouse after being married for 6 monthes and decided by his parents and him to take full custody of my first born son than cut me and my family completely out of our lives. This man Bradly Kuenzi is what professional councilors and psycologists considered to be an Obssecise Parental Alientor, Im the mother and instantly I lost the custody because of immediate bias's in the polk county courthouse concerning a paternity test to prove Brad Kuenzi has no right to take custody of my son due to the fact he is not the biological father, and was only in my child's life for 6 monthes, in fact my son was 6 monthes old when we married so my son was already born with no biological ties to Brad kuenzi or his family. Polk County courthouse refused to acknowledge the paternity tests in fact they squashed it by claiming brad kuenzi filed for a acknowledgement of paternity without my knowledge or consent 3 monthes after he filed the divorce. Brad Kuenzi filed a false acknowledgement of paternity, brad lied on the paperwork so that the judges, lawyers, d.a's , family mediators could make federal incentive for collection of child support, meaning Im charged child support without ever being able to have any visitation with my child or time to be in his life.

(I'm sorry there is nothing I can do for you), another statement is to handle my case, I must be charged $6,000. to start by all the private firms I  contacted. I have not seen or heard from my son in 3 years I do not know if he is alive or dead. My mother and sister who have had contact but im not allowed contact have recently told me they are in fear of my son Trevon's life because Brad has been eliminating time from my sister to visit and check on my son, stating " Monday January 19,2015 my mother is calling DHS to make a report that my son has been running away from Brad kuenzi to my sister's house to try to come home to me but it is completely illegal for me to have any and all such contacts in anyway with my child in fact Brad would have me thrown in jail, like he has in the past over filing false reports of contempt of court having me and my disaabled army veteran husband thrown in jail, and our daughter to stay a night in dhs's care for NO REASON all based on character defamatory comments to his father's friend Harold Cuffe the Deputy D.A. to which he went to highschool with.

My child has suffered every single day for 7 years of torment to not be with his mommy because some sick in the head creep is playing above the law with the good ol' boys down at the county that his family knew since the 70's and all grew up together and yes they do go to the same church together game. My case is an extreme case of constitutional abuse,parental alienation,fraud,duress,mental anguish, more over the biggest conflict of interest in history of oregon law. I have endured being attacked and injured with a 6 month old in my arms over christmas visitation swap(The d.a. refused to prosicute because they go to the same church and went to highschool together before i was ever born, I had to endure suffering in a wheelchair and neck brace for 2 weeks because Arthur kuenzi through my hip and neck out of place, he left bruises on my babies face). yet there was no accountability taken by this man Brad and his father Arthur such crimes against humanity.

I am at the point i now have taken my case to Oregon Supreme Courts in hope that I can get somewhere with my situation and save my child from this harmful abusive situation and these predators who feed off the thrill of harming a mother and her innocent child. Oregon Supreme Court literally will provide criminals at the states expenses a free attortney to appeal the criminal cases. Family Law cases however are not paid for at states expense its up to the people to pay those expenses which are impossible standards to meet even at the ORegon Bar Level, still impossible to afford when on studies done about people with low incomes dont even hit the ricter scale on the yearly income graphs that these rich old middleaged  overpaid retiree's "lawyer's" make to represent anyone poor through the appellate courts.

That means every single official I have spoken to about my case doesnt even practice both Family Law and Family Law Appeals, Family lawyers only dispute matters in family courts at state level, not family matters of fraud at the federal level like in my case. Most attorneys for family law in fact I'm living proof of this, don't even know the first step of how to file an appeal, admit this, even though thier website states they are qualified for appeals in family law which means its a serious case of attorneys in oregon false advertising as well as discriminating me as a woman trying to fight for rights with my blood born child, even though majority of family law attorneys in oregon represented men to gain custody of children, Meaning that Family Law Judges can make as rogue decisions as possible for monetary means possible with no way to appeal thier decisions at states expense, leaving thousands upon thousands of people( mothers it seems to be the trend in oregon,)destitute without thier children and extorted for extreme child support arreages or thrown in jail for not complying to men to abuse mother's parental rights and the children. It has become a trend in the state of oregon to witchhunt women by taking thier children and extorting them for money. Without any way for women to defend or appeal thier cases to oregon supreme courts over rogue abusive decisions these sick middle aged judges make on the younger generational's children. Im calling Oregon out to having the highest majority of retirement aged adults than younger generation aged adults and all these "retiree" aged adults are all embedded in all the state official jobs, to literally make a monetary market based off cruel and unusual punishments to anyone younger than themselves, extreme age discrimination throughout oregon. meaning the younger you are expect to be bullied, extorted,thrown in jail,shot in back by rogue middleaged policeman ordered by rogue middleaged judges who havent moved thier asses off the seats for anyone younger, no job, no money, no nice house, no nothing because Oregon is nothing more than a state of sadistic pedophilistic Old  people thieving the young, to give to the old. Stealing our babies to sell to the old with no way to appeal. This is the state of Oregon the real state of Oregon, a rogue sovereign state of corruption,deciet,lies,murder,scandal, fraud,extortion of women and children. 60 year olds pitted against anyone younger..Im tired of being abused, I miss my son I need to know if he is ok and alive and well, I need some help here with the issue of we need to allow people to appeal family law by appointing state council for corrupt matters like mine. People deserve to appeal any decision a judge makes and not in an mpossible to attain an attorney fashion to write a colorable claim of error by oregon appellate rivised statutes.
