Original Mattress Factory Bad Product, Poor Service, Failure to Comply With 12 Month Warranty Winter Park Florida
MY WIFE AND I BOUGHT A MATTRES FROM THE ORIGINAL MATTRESS FACTORY. THE FIRST MATTRESS THAT WAS DELIVERED WAS TO EXTREMELY TO HARD. WE DECIDED TO UP GRADE FROM A ORTHOPEDIC ULTRA FIRM MATTRESS (WHICH C0ST $1214,53) TO A ORTHOPEDIC EURO TOP (WHICH COST AN ADDITIONAL $747.99) THE NEW MATTRESS HAS DEVELOPED BODY IMPRESSSION ON BOTH SIDES. THE MATTRESS IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE A 12 MONTH WARRANTY. THE ORIGINAL MATTRESS FACTORY HAS REFUSED TO HONOR THE WARRANCY. EVERY TIME I TRY TO TALK TO ONE OF THERI REPRESENTATIVE, i GET OF BUNCH OF DOUBLE TALK. THE ORIGINAL MATTRESS FACTORY IS PRODUCING, SELLING AND NOT BACKING THEIR PRODUCT. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE BUYS THEIR PRODUCTS.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your Original Mattress Factory experience. Contrary to your belief, however, we do make quality products and we stand behind both these products and our warranty. In your case, your issue has been one of comfort. You were unhappy with the first mattress that you selected, our Orthopedic Ultra Firm, which is the hardest mattress that we manufacture.
In order to help you solve this problem, we offered you the ability to re-select a different mattress under our one-year Comfort Policy. You took advantage of this policy and decided on the Orthopedic EuroTop, which is our softest innerspring mattress. Per the terms of this policy, which is available one time only in the first year of your purchase, you were responsible for 25% of the less expensive mattress only price, any applicable re-delivery fees and any applicable retail up-charges.
Your second issue is with the Orthopedic EuroTop and seems to be one regarding body impressions, which are normal up to an inch and a half. In order to help you with your concern about these impressions, we sent a customer service representative out to your home on Thursday, May 16th to inspect your mattress. Our representative did not find any defects at that time.
That being said, we offered to complete a more in-depth inspection of your mattress at our factory and in your presence if you wanted us to do so. To date, you have not decided to take advantage of this offer. It is still open to you; however, should you decide to do so. Simply call Scott at 407-673-3040 and he will work with you to set up a time for an inspection. If we find any true warranty defects during this inspection, we will take care of them for you.
