I would advise against using the services of Oron Maher. Unprofessional and inconsiderate, this condescending real estate agent has no business dealing with clients. The reader would do well to consider other alternatives.

It is hard to respond to this report because it comes from an anonymous source.  The posting is from somebody named "Aziz" however I have no record of ever having a client with that first or last name.  Ever since this erroneous post was first published, I have been contacted weekly by companies offering to remove the report for me at a heavy cost.  This makes me believe that this report was filed by one of those companies, since ripoff report does not oversee any postings, or take responsibility for the libelous postings on this creditless site.  I am also thinking that it's possible that this report was published by one of my competitors.

The truth is that there are very few real estate brokers that offer the high-level of service that I provide.  I have been licensed for 15 years as an agent and now broker, and have one countless awards, including Coldwell Banker's 2014 President's Circle award, and the Internet Marketing Associations Real Estate Executive of the Year award, to name just a few.  I am able to provide extraoridnary results to my client's because I have externsive experience, having been involved in the sale of hundreds of properties, and hundres of millions of dollars in sales.  On top of that, I am an attorney by background, own my own successful investment company, and serve on several non-profit boards, one of which is real estate related.  My database of over 15,000 contacts alone helps distinguish me from most of the rest in the industry.

When I am working with a client, that person has my cell phone number and can reach out to me anytime.  Anybody who is interested in my services, can ask me for a referal from my satisfied client's and I would be happy to provide it to them.  I am fortunate enough to have a full-time assistant on staff, as well as my own marketing assistant, and a few other's that work on my team, and allow me to spend the required amount of time on skilled negotiations strategies, client consultations, and the art of selling and deal making, all of which have repeatedly led to record high sales of properties as was recognized in the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2013, when I sold a record price per square foot office building in Santa Monica for a celebrity client.  No client of mine is too big or too small, and all client's are treated with equal respect and dignity.  I am also highly respected amongst the brokerage and investment company.  Other brokers know that when they are dealing with me, they are dealing with a trusted brand, that stands for honesty, integrity, and committment to making the sale work.

So again, it's hard to respond to an anonymous post, but I am here to set the record straight that nothing can be further than the truth.  I welcome anybody looking to purchase or sell real estate to call me to discuss their property and determine for themselves what type of service my team and I provide.  Thank you for taking the time to read this rebuttal.
