Our Campus Market Failed to deliver student bedding at college multiple times after numerous calls. Internet
We ordered college student bedding and suppies thru this company. Only a small portion of the order arrived. An email confirmed it had been sent.
Upon arrival at college there was no bedding for my daughter on 8/11, so we called. The representative and her manager assured us it would be sent over night on 8/13 to arrrive on 8/14. It was never sent. They also promised a 20% refund that was never credited.
We experienced difficulty getting thru to customer service for days, due to long phone holds or dropped calls. Finally, we reached them 8/20, and they assured it would be sent over night to arrive 8/21. It did not arrive. Tracking now states will arrive on 8/23.
Still no sign of the refund being credited.
Our daughter was left at college without much of her bedding for weeks due to this companies negligence.
