Outdoor Creations Buyer beware. Known for selling spas then refusing to do any warranty work on them. Topeka Kansas
In 2006, my wife and I purchased a Cal Spa from this company. From the moment they delivered it we have been given the run around on everything. First, during delivery I paid a $300 dollar fee to the delivery people to find out later the store never received it. Then they somehow managed to not have any documentation of the $7500 check I wrote them for the spa and was accused of not paying. I had my bank print off a copy of the cleared check that I wrote to them.
A year and half later a pump goes bad in my Spa. Cal Spa has a 5 year warranty on mechanical parts and 10 year on structure. I called the store to have the pump replaced. They informed me that they don't carry Cal Spa anymore and subsequently don't do any work on them. I called Cal Spa and they informed me that a dealer signs an agreement when they become dealers that even if they stop carrying Cal Spa they will still perform warranty work on any Cal Spa they sold. I called the store back to no avail. Every time I call there's seems to be a new manager that I have to explain everything all over again.
Now I'm stuck with a $7500 dollar spa that I can't get warranty work on. I've talked with the next closest Cal Spa dealer (which is an hour away) and they mentioned that they have been getting a lot of calls from the Topeka area with warranty work but it's outside their coverage area so they are not obligated to repair.
Buyers beware of this company. They have a new manager every couple weeks, lose documentation of sales, and refuse to provide any type of service after the initial sale.
