Outmarket / Vocus/ PR Web offered consulting, marketing and PR services for annual contract. Outmarket / Vocus / PR Web didn't deliver services promised. Upfront said they would do "heavy lifting" and making marketing easy. They in no way delivered on the promises. Tried to reach solution with company, only to have more promises without accountability.
