Overstock RIP OFF beware of their list prices FALSE ADVERTISING Salt Lake City Utah
I purchased a new Panasonic fax machine/printer on the site. According to OVERSTOCK.COM it listed for $429.95. They had a sale price for $199.95. I purchased the item thinking I got a great deal. I looked up PC RICHARDS and founf ther item for $199.95 and they said they would beat the OVERSTOCK.com price. I emailed them back and got Carolyn on the line - who would not even beat the $199.95 price. When I told her that PC RICHARDS qould beat their price she stated that if i wanted to cancel the order - there would be a 15 percent restocking fee.
YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDDING ME!!!!
SUGGESTION - please shop their prices first. They are good on some items - but liars and cheats on others. Beware.. you may not be getting a bargain after all.
