Ozmust International Spare Parts Company Otomotiv ve Oto Yedek Parça. I paid US$9000 to Ozmust to manufacture crankshaft and other engine parts for me with first US4500 in March 2013, and Balance US$4500 in May, 2013. Up till now it's been one failed promises or the other that the parts will soon be completed and sent, but they have failed to send the parts. Instead they don't pick my calls again, and neither respond to my emails. The proforma Invoice stated that the parts will be completed in 45days from payment of first 50%. In march early this year 2013, while searching online for a company that could produce a particular Mitsubishi Diesel Engine crankshaft and connecting rods for me, i came in contact with the company called Otomotiv ve Oto Yedek Parça otherwise called Ozmust International Spare Parts Co., Ltd on Turkishexporter.net
They responded to my posts that they could produce the engine parts that i needed for me.
The supposed owners and Managers of the company are one Mustafa Isci, and his partner Ozgur Selcuk.
We finalized on a first sample order production of the crankshafts and connecting rods after which, if i am satisfied with the level of production, then we could proceed to commercial order.
Based on our agreement, the Invoice for the sample production was issued at a total cost of US$9000 with a provission to first make 50% initial payment, and 50% balance to be made after production to be confirmed with a photos of completed parts sent to me for approval and confirmable Bill of Lading from the shipping company that can be verified that the goods have actually shipped before the balance 50% is to paid.
The period for the production as agreed was 45 days from the day of payment of first 50%.
However, Ozmust in contravention of our earlier agreement just sent me a mail sometimes in Late April that they had finished production and already shipped the goods, as such, that i should make the balance 50%.
This contravened our agreement to first present proof of production in form photos of the produced parts for my assessment and approval to be absolutely certain that the specs of what i gave them is what they actually produced. It was shocking to hear them claim to have shipped the parts i contravention of this agreement, and with no proof that they had actually done anything at all.
To make matters worse, instead of the agreed confirmable and verifiable Bill of Lading that we agreed upon that should be sent to me which i will then confirm from the shipper before paying the balance 50%, what they sent me was a draft BOL which could not be confirmed. I wrote to the supposed shipper, and they could not understand anything what BOL had to with them.
I became suspicous and therafter contacted an agency of govt in Turkey that was directly handling the management of companies based in the particular area where this company Ozmust was suppossedly located.
i detailed my experience to the officer in charge who looked into it and came back with a verdict that he spoke with guys in charge, but that he was of the opinion that they had not finished producing the parts and just asking for the balance. I told him that this contravenes our agreement that the condition for balance payment is completion of production with proof of same. He assured me that i could still go ahead to pay the balance and that the Agency will force the company to ship my goods if they want to play pranks.
I paid the balance since May, 2013 with expectation to have the goods shipped, but i have been waiting since then. it's been a catalog of failed promises today,tomorrow,next month without end.
I reported to the Govt Agency concerened, and was told that a Disciplinary committee has been set to deal with the company. I have not heard anything from them since July, and they no longer reply my emails, and even when i call, it's now someone that can't speak or understand english that picks the calls, so i just have to drop frustratingly. The guys in question no longer pick my calls either.

I will like to update this distinguished forum and everyone reading this that Ozmust International Spare Parts Company, whom i reported to the forum earlier have called me, tendered unreserved apologies for the failure to deliver the goods which i paid for, with an explanation that the failure and inability to meet up on their obligations was as a result of a challenge in their operations which coincided with the period.
They have offered to refund the money which i paid to them initially. We have agreed on this refund, and on the basis of this, and the genuine apology offered, i am satisfied with the promise they(Ozmust) have made to refund my money.
This is just to bring to your notice again that the said company has tendered apology with a commitment to refund my money.
