PA Vapors Murrysille Selling Knock Offs Export Pennsylvania
First off, let me say that I've been a ecig user since 2012, before they were ever really popular. I've shopped at 10+ vape shops, have had some minor issues in the past, but nothing that these shops weren't able to rectify professionally.
This store, is the complete opposite. Over the last 30 days, I've spend $368 to try to get a reliable tank and battery that doesn't leak - break or have defective coils. What do I have to show for it? A bunch of broken products that won't verify as authentic on any website and one working one working battery with no tank. Every product I've purchased from this store has broken, spits hot liquid or is a noticable knock off.
Eventhough they sell knock off products, I'm most upset about the customer service. My request was to simply have a working tank for all of the money I spent. The guy working there proceeds to tell me that it's my fault, that I don't know what I'm doing. Laughs at the fact that these products are breaking and tells me he will sell me another one. When I ask to be refunded, he tells me to get out... seriously.
It makes me laugh because with all of the new regulations in this industry, a company like this thinks they will stay in business treating their customers like this.
Buyer beware.

I had the city wrong in the original title, as this is located in Murrysville PA - the address for PA Vapors is Export PA. This is located on Route 22 heading into Delmont PA. This is the absolute worst Vapor shop in the area, between Monroeville and Greensburg there are 10+ Vape shops that are 10X better than this joke of a store. I wanted to clarify to ensure that nobody wastes there time or money at PA Vapor in Export PA
