I have purchased 5 EZ LINK kiosks from Pantheon Holdings and it has been a HUGE mistake. The first two machines that were placed in businesses, have not been hooked up after a MONTH! They just sit there in the store front in card board boxes, collecting dust.

I have been lied to and mislead by Pantheon's store locators. They fired my first locator for making false promises and told me he was promoted so I couldn't talk to him??? I later found out that they lied to me as he had lied to customers.

The current locator I have, never returned my calls. When I complained to the vice president at Pantheon, Jeff Michael Cooper, the locator soon afterwards called me with locations that were 100 MILES AWAY FROM WHERE I LIVE!!!

The contract stipulated that the machines were to be delivered no later than 45 days after contract, however it's been about 60 days. When I mentioned this and the lack of honesty to Pantheon's representative as for my reasons for requesting a refund on the other three machines that THEY STILL HOLD, I was given numerous more excuses and told that the 45 days doesn't include WEEKENDS!! This is false as is most of their statements.

The technical problems with the EZ LINK machines are problematic and the truth regarding this is held from customers. Vital information regarding the problem of their machine to access the inernet due to problems with the firewall are with held. I called many many times to get info and schedule tech visits to fix the situation and was given EXCUSES INSTEAD OF THE TRUTH. Later I was told that they now had permission to tell me the problem, AFTER OVER A WEEK!!

There are continual lies and deception that make developing a trusting business with Pantheon Holdings IMPOSSIBLE!

Obviously Pantheon is trying to do damage control most likely through intimidation and threats. The fact is that this company IS a scam and South Florida is infested with internet kiosk boiler room operations. The people at Pantheon are associated with Nationwide Cyber Systems, Debit Corp of America, etc. It's the same exact scam just repackaged and renamed and Pantheon too will eventually shut down and re-open under a new name. Steve, please contact me and I will introduce you to other victims. We are now starting to see Pantheon victims as well and no matter how much we try to warn others those salespeople seem to have starry eyed investors convinced that this all a conspiracy by competitors (WHAT competitors? They all work together!) We are NOT COMPETITORS! We are real people who had hopes and dreams that were exploited by these heartless mobsters out to rid us of our life savings. The kiosk industry IS a legitimate business but NOT how they portray it to be. You will not get rich quick from this industry!!! BUYER BEWARE!
