Kenny Smay Panther Transportation II statement of earnings, final paycheck Medina Ohio
I worked for Kenny Smay for five weeks, solo driver for one of his trucks,leased thru Panther Transportation II. I learned about the opportunity from the Panther recruiting dept. I quit over 45 days ago and still have not received my final paycheck or any statement of earnings for the weeks I worked. I had earned about $700 my last week. (all other weeks but the last one, I was paid). Did Ken Smay take out deductions of some kind? I have no clue. I have never received any kind of statement from him (for any of the weeks I was paid) and I want to know what happened to the $700. My biggest complaint is not the money, I have a right to know about what deductions I was charged with.
I followed thru with all paperwork every week I was out driving. Mailed to him copies of everything. I still have my copies of b.o.l., toll receipts etc.I called Panther today and the lady was sarcastic, unprofessional and a real jerk. I was reminded of why I am so thankful I do not work with their employess anymore.
