My wife decided to get my watch fixed as a birthday gift.She brought it into Paradise Jewelry in Sawgrass Mills mallin Sunrise,FL for repair.She brought it in on September 29th.Needless to say, the watch wasn't ready by Christmas.After six visits...$120 and endless excuses,I finally demanded my watch back on MARCH 5th! Over 5 months! They still didn't repair the watch and refused to completely refund me! Stay as far away as possible from this store...it must be a front for scam artists!
