September 25, 2012 was preceded by a long standing eviction of a horse trainer and her clientele who saught revenge in as many ways as possible. Tenant left owing a great deal of money and it took 8 months to achieve the eviction. TRO's against some of the clients of this trainer for assault on me and a contractor who worked for me and many false reports to Animal Control and other city and county services (which all can be verified as false and prove animal neglect and abuse against the trainer). This pattern followed to other barns which in turn received similiar "vengeful acts".
