passport123 129 dollars for a child passport Internet
At the end of the last month, I needed to renew my child passport. I am living in the US but I am french citizen. My son was born in America.
I found passport 123 on internet. At this time I had no idea of the price of a passport renewal. I tried to register my son but I decided to cancel my application I was thinking that the price of 129 dollars was refundable. The two reasons I cancelled my application are:
- the price : 129 dollars+ other fees for the government
- the time: it should take more time to reunite all the paper work and send them to passport 123 than fill them out on line and being them to the closest government office.
It happened on Sunday April 22 nd, I did the application on line, called them in the morning to cancel. Their office was closed and I left a message. On Monday April 23 rd 9.30 am I called them back and cancelled everything.
Now almost 15 days after they refunded me 79 dollars but they keep 50 dollars. I don't understand the reason why they keep it because the when I did the transaction they were closed, and anyway I think they are stealing money from honest people.
I think they are liar and right now I am really upset with that! And I know what to do: if somebody could help me it would be great!
