Patent & Trademark Institute Of America - United Licensing Corporation - Chris Caceres -Ed Connelly -Monica ripoff,misled,thieve's,fraud,lies, witholding info.false info,overcharged services, Roslyn Heights New York
One night while watching television,we saw an advertisment for (PTI) Patent & Trademark Institute of America,We contacted PTI for some guidence & advise concerning our invention idea only to be misled , lied to, and riped off by a man named Chris Ceceres & his staff. We were told we had an original idea and they were very excited about it,they told us to send them 695.00 to do a preliminary search and said the search would inform us weather or not we should persue a patent after the search Chris informed us that there was nothing close to our idea in their search results.
He then informed us that our idea had a great chance of being patented and would be on the shelves by fall,he then informed us we needed to send him another 11,970.00 right away in order to make a trade show deadline and for plan 1 & plan 3 which he explained to us would include a full patent search from a patent attorney, the full patent search from their attorney still showed nothing close to our invention idea.After not receiving answers from them we decided to speak to a patent attorney in our state,in 5 min. with the attorney we knew we had been riped off in 10min. we had a patent search that made PTI and their patent attorney's patent search look like blank paper.what is really scary and sad is that before we sent PTI any money we contacted the BBB to check if they were a reliable company,we were informed that PTI had very little complaints for the number of years they have been in business.We also don't understand why TV, Radio and other advertising agency's would allow people like this to continue comitting these crimes, crushing peoples hope and dreams and loose complete faith in themselves and others. How do they live with themselves.

There is so much we diden't mention in our first roport, for instance, when we first spoke with Chris Ceceres about our invention idea, we told him we wanted our idea to be made in different shapes, sizes and colors in order to make it more colorful and appealing to the public, chris informed us that we would have to apply for patent's for each shape, each size & each color,we have since been informed that this was just another lie in order for us to send them more money. before we sent them any money, they would call us almost every night, now were lucky if we can get them to return our calls,Chris also informed us that we would not have to pay any more money,minus postage,Now (ULC)United Licensing Corporation informs us we must go to these web site's in order to obtain company names & addresses related to SIC code's, which would cost us another .40 per name which we were told by Chris was already included in our original payment including advertising etc. including our own web site, which we can not even get into our selves.there are just so many more lie's, there is just not enough time or space to continue but we will continue to fight for what's right and whats our's,and hopefully prevent these crimes from happening to other's, I know there are so many other thing's we could be doing with our time rather then research,phone call's,paper work etc. to correct the wrong that has been done to us and so many other's,We will not stop until this wrong has been made right and we do away with the trash such as PTI & ULC and others like them. REALLY TICKED OFF
