to Misty from Baltimore... I have a very similar situation with Patient First. I had numerous visits to them for allergy shots (and one accident), basically going almost weekly for the shots... anyway, about 1 out of every 4 visits the bill will be mishandled, just like your situation, made my copay, insurance didn't pay them because of billing errors, etc. So I trie to straighten it out twice, sending huge faxes with all my 'proof' to their billing office in Richmond, the reps on the phone saying 'oh yeah, I see what happened, this will be taken care of', only to get another bill with the same errors on it. I gave up only to see this go to collection. Just to be done with this, I offered the full amount plus interest if they would just go away and take this off my credit report. 'No way' they said! So right now I am in the position of paying everything, their errors PLUS interest just to show this as 'paid' on my credit report, but it will still be listed as a debt that went to collection. What kind of deal is that?! Well anyway, I was just wondering if you were able to resolve the situation with the information provided by "William - Fern Park, Florida"? (I am currently waiting on a response to a written letter I sent to their office, detailing the situation and my offer of full payment in exchange for removal from the credit report) If not, do you think we could find more people and file a class action? I would gladly be a part of it. We just need a group of people that are in the same situation.

I have been in the situation that you have written about. I have done a little leg work on your behalf and these are the people who you contact if you want to get things taken care of. I have listed below the corporate officers to Patient First and if avaible there home phone numbers, I have listed there extension numbers at work but if it was me I would be calling them at hom to make the biggest impression. When I have had to deal with people like People First and I call there high brass at home at about 10pm at night I generally get what I want by 9am the next morning. Here are the corporate officers to the company: George Morison office number 1-800-447-8588 ext 392 - president Frank Garse 1-800-447-8588 ext 392 - Vice president Home address and phone number 804-379-6984 900 Misty Lake Way, Midlothian, VA 23113 Charlie Haug 1-800-447-8588 Ext 303 - Vice President Home phone and address 804-270-9514 8212 Westdale Lane, Richmond, VA 23229 Dennis Hitchcock 1-800-447-8588 Ext 385 - Vice president Home phone and address 804-779-7314 9329 Pamunkey Crest Drive, Mechanicsville, VA 2311 There is a deletion form that Patient First can have there collection company file with the credti bureau's. Don't let the collecton agency tell you they can't delete this and especially if it was placed in error. I they continue to balk there is a complaint form that if on the fair trade commission web site print one out fill it in and mail it to the collection agency. Unfortuanley you did not give the correct or whole name to the collection agency or I could of given you the corporation info on them. I only hope that you take the ball in your hands and let each one of the officers to this company know how there staff have abused you. I would call them all in one night or call all there voice mails in one day so whoever is in charge of sending this to collections will here from several people. I would also advise them that they owe you the money that you have spent on your credit reports and also some kind of payment for the higher interest rate on your car loan. If could be any more assistance please post your questions below and I will respond.
