Patrick Karam decietful, work not up to code, shady, no liscense, fraudulent, dishonest, bad attitude, did not deliver all supplies, had to hire another contractor to fix terrible job. Pinellas Park Florida
Hired this person to do some home renovations. He took way too long to get anything done. The work he did was so poor, I had to hire another contractor to fix all the mistakes.
I paid him to pick up supplies, never received all the supplies. Patrick is not licensed, and is working under false pre-tense. He shows up when he wants, doesn't answer phone calls and then doesn't complete the job.
I advise not to hire him due to lack of professionalism, no liscense, poor attitude, fraudulent transactions. He is only worried about getting paid and does not do a quality job.
He left my house unfinished, started many different projects and did not complete any of them. Big headache and loss of time and money. He is truly a deceitful rerpresentation of a "contractor". Don't waist your time or money on this guy.
