Purchased vehicle on sept 29, had vechile for less than three weeks and vehicle had been returned to the dealer twice for Tire Pressure Indicator inoperable, or malfunctional, this problem was notice the day of the purchase, and was immediatly brought to the salesperson attention. he informed me to bring the vehicle back when i had time to leave it , I took it back three days later and they kept the vehicle for a week, and then told me that the problem has been taken care of, I picked the vehicle up and they informed that "Re-calibrated" the tire pressure indicator.  I picked the vehicle up and started home and the "Tire Pressure" indicator light came back on. I drove the vehicle home and left it, and called the dealer and told them i would be bringing the vehicle back, that i was not pleased with the vehicle,  and i wanted my 3000 dollars back that i paid for a down payment. I had the vehicle less than 30days (3 weeks) on a 30day warranty. it has been 7 months and have not recieved any compensation yet, now it is in court.  The dealership lied about repairs, and they did not ask me if they could give me another vehicle, or how they could make it work or keep me as a "Valued Customer" it was like thanks sucker" now maybe the Court will change their minds.
